Private multiplayer rooms with ready-up and live race rules.
Room mode lets players create private lobbies, share a code, and race to solve the same cipher. Results are decided in real time with a short countdown, shared puzzle parameters, and a time limit that scales with the cipher level.
Before You Start
- Open the Challenge tab and create a room to get a room code.
- Share the code or invite link with friends to join the lobby.
- Everyone must tap Ready before the host can start the countdown.
- Room levels are clamped to the allowed cipher bracket for the lobby.
Step-by-Step Play
Create or join a room
Hosts pick a cipher level, then share the room code. Guests join using the code.
Ready up
Each player toggles Ready. The lobby shows who is ready and who is still waiting.
Start the match
The host starts a short countdown. All players receive the same cipher and attempts.
Race to solve
Submit guesses and use hints. The match ends when a player solves or the time limit expires.
Results
A results panel shows placement, timing, and the secret after the match ends.

Win, Lose, or Complete

- Leaving the room does not pause the match for remaining players.
Scoring and Results
- Room results track wins and challenge credits.
- Leaderboard placement reflects match outcomes, not Solo or Daily score.
Tips
Tip 1
Ready up only when you are prepared; the host can start as soon as everyone is ready.
Tip 2
